Side Feeder

CYKF developed its own Twin Screw Side Feeder to enable the side feeding of additives and fillers, such as glass fiber, CaCO3, TiO2, Talc, fire retardant…etc. Materials in powder or pellet are all acceptable. Our extruder manufacturer background greatly helps us quickly catch the critical design points of side feeder.

Choice of Feed Screws
We developed 3 types of feed screws to fit in CYKF various sizes of HT series Co-Rotating Twin-Screw Extruders. The side feeders perfectly combined with our plastic extrusion machines to achieve best work efficiency.

Self-Cleaning, Stable, Flexible
The CYKF Twin Screw Side Feeder has self-cleaning feature with stable feeding and without stagnant zones. Flexible hopper sizes are available to fit limited working space.

Durable and Space Saving
CYKF always put product quality in the first priority. Our side feeders are as durable as our other plastic extrusion machines. Even some of our equipment is still serving over 20 years. The volume of side feeder is small thanks to our technical team invented such compact design.
