Vibrating Screening Unit

The CYKF vibrating screen developed for sorting plastic pellets. It divides the pellets discharged from pelletizer systems. The machine can be combined with our strand, water ring, or underwater pelletizing extrusion lines.

Double Screen Design
The vibrating screen designed with double screens. The wire mesh size of upper layer is dia. 6mm and the lower one is dia. 2mm. However, the mesh size is adjustable to fit different kinds of production conditions.

Easy Maintenance
The double screens are made by stainless steel. Stainless steel does not rust. It is durable and easy for daily maintenance.
